Ingredientes
- 2 ducks
- 1 pkg. sauerkraut
- 2 onions, minced
- 2 bell pepper, minced
- 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Mix sauerkraut, onion and peppers. Salt and pepper duck and stuff with mix. Cover duck with remaining sauerkraut. Dot with oil; wrap in foil. Cook at 300 degrees for 3 hrs.
