Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 pound pork shoulder or possibly butt, cut up
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
Direcciones
- Marinate pork in all seasoning overnight, turning occasionally. Wrap in foil, bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Unwrap the foil, pour juice out; leave unwrapped and bake for 15 more min. Boil 4 min (or possibly till browned) on each side. Slice and serve.
