- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
- 1/2 c. date chunks
- 1/2 c. broken walnuts
- 1/2 c. fine coconut
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in hot water
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, then fruit and nuts. Sift flour and spices and add in to first mix. Add in soda in water last.
