  1. 1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.2. Blend in butter.
  2. 3. Add in buttermilk and mix to dough (gradually add in).
  3. 4. Roll 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick round on floured bread board and cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter.
  4. 5. Place in pan so biscuits are 1/2 inch from sides. Bake 12-14 min. Either eat hot from pan or possibly wrap in a towel and allow to cool 15 min.
  5. Makes about a dozen 2 1/2 inch biscuits.
