  1. Grease well a 6 x 10-inch pan. Mix flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon. Add in lowfat milk to Large eggs. Combine flour and liquid, blend till smooth. Add in butter and beat hard for 2 min, add in the apple. Pour into the pan and bake in a 450F oven for 20 min. Reduce heat to 350F and bake 30 min more.
  2. Puncture tops of the bumps to let steam out and bake 2 more min. Serve warm with maple syrup mixed with some lemon juice. Slice into squares and serve warm.
