Receta Easy Cheese Jalapeno Fondue

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 or possibly 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- In saucepan, blend flour and butter till smooth. Remove from heat. Add in lowfat milk and salt. Heat to boiling and stir over heat for 1 minute. Pour sauce into fondue pan. Add in cheese, peppers and Worcestershire sauce. Keep warm and serve with corn chips.
