Ingredientes
- 1 (3 lb.) fryer
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/3 c. mustard
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Slice mushrooms
- 1 c. regular long grain white rice
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Minced onion
- Chicken broth
Direcciones
- Place chicken pcs in a 9 x 13 inch dish. Mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice together. Pour over chicken and use to baste frequently while chicken cooks. Brown the rice in the butter. Season with a bit of minced onion and mushrooms. Add in twice as much chicken broth as rice. Place all in a separate casserole. Bake both dishes at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
