Ingredientes
- 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts (legs, thighs & breasts, skinned)
- 4 tbsp. veg. oil
- 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme (opt.)
- 1/8 teaspoon curry pwdr (opt.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- In a large shallow baking pan, spread 2 Tbsp. of the veg. oil. Place chicken in a single layer and pour remaining 2 Tbsp. of oil over all. In small bowl, mix together onion, flour and other seasonings. Sprinkle chicken with about half of the mix. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Turn chicken and sprinkle with remaining seasoning mix. Bake about 30 min longer till fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
