- BLEND TOGETHER SUGAR, Lowfat milk, Large eggs AND OIL. Add in FLOUR, SALT, BAKING Pwdr MIX ALL LIGHTLY. HEAT 2 C. OIL IN A 2 Qt SAUCE PAN TO 365 F. DROP DOUGH BY TEASPOONFUL INTO Warm OIL. (IF OIL IS TO Warm, DOUGHNUTS Won't GET DONE INSIDE) FRY FOR 2 TO 3 Min Or possibly Till Golden. TURN FREQUENTLY WHILE COOKING.DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELING AND ROLL IN WHITE SUGAR
- WHILE STILL Warm. HINT: CHECK THE FIRST COUPLE OF DOUGHNUTS TO SEE IF THEY ARE O.K. AND DONE.
