Ingredientes
- 3 c. cooked Basmati rice
- 2 Tbsp. Pepper salt to taste
- 1 dsh oil
- 1/2 x green or possibly red pepper (or possibly combination of both) cut into long strips
- 1 x carrot cut into long strips
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a wok. Add in all the ingredients and stir for 5 min or possibly until thoroughly mixed. Serve with any raitha or possibly plain yogurt.
