Receta Easy Grasshopper Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/4 c. Margarine, melted
- 1 pkt (10.5-ounce) Kraft miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 c. Creme de Menthe
- 2 c. Whipping cream, whipped
Direcciones
- Mix crumbs and margarine. Press mix onto bottom and sides of 9" pie plate. Chill. Microwave marshmallows and creme de menthe in large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1-2 min or possibly till smooth when stirred, stirring every minute. Chill 20 min or possibly till slightly thickened.
- Mix in whipped cream; spoon into crust. Freeze till hard. Garnish with jelly beans and coconut.
- Makes 8 servings.
- CONVENTIONAL: Prepare crust as directed. Heat marshmallows with creme do menthe in large saucepan over low heat, stirring till smooth. Transfer to mixing bowl; chill 20 min or possibly till slightly thickened. Continue as directed.
- VARIATIONS: 1) Substitute 1/4 c. lowfat milk for creme do menthe. Add in a few drops each peppermint extract and green food coloring to filling mix. 2)
- Substitute 1 prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust for cookies and margarine.
