  • 4 (4 ounce.) pork chops
  • 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 4 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 sm. onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Marinate pork chops in 1/4 c. salad dressing in baking dish for 3 hrs. Brown in oil in skillet. Return to marinade. Layer potatoes and onion over chops. Dot with butter. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender. Yield: 4 servings.
