  • 12 ounce lean boneless pork loin trimmed of fat, cut into 1x 1/4" strips (4-4 ounce.)
  • 1 c. onion finely minced
  • 1/2 c. sun-dry tomatoes cut up
  • 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. dry Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 28 ounce crushed tomatoes with puree, undrained (1 can)
  • 8 ounce tomato sauce (1 can)
  • 12 ounce spaghetti uncooked

Direcciones

  1. In 3-1/2 or possibly 4 qt Crock-Pot Slow Cooker, combine all ingredients except spaghetti; mix well. Cover; cook on low setting for at least 7 hrs or possibly till pork is no longer pink and onions are tender.
  2. Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain. Serve pork mix over spaghetti.
