Receta Easy Italian Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 1 med. green pepper, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (6 ounce.) tomato paste
- 1 can (1 pound 12 ounce.) tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oil; saute/fry onion, pepper and garlic in oil till tender. Add in all ingredients except cheese. Simmer 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese before serving. Average servings 6 to 8.
