- 4 Large eggs, well beaten
- 4 tbsp. butter
- Juice from 1 lg. or possibly 2 sm. lemons
- Grated peels from the lemons
- Prebaked pie crust
Direcciones
- Bake pie crust at 425 degrees for 7-8 min.
- Beat Large eggs, sugar, lemon juice and rind together. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
