Receta Easy Lite Peach Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1 env Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 1 can (16 ounce.) lite peaches, liquid removed (save juice)
- 1 pkt (8 ounce.) lite cream cheese, softened.
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Melted margarine
Direcciones
- In blender, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 2 min. In small saucepan, bring juice to a boil. Add in juice to blender and process at low till gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 min. Add in remaining ingredients and process at high till blended. Pour into pie crust and refrigeratetill hard, about 3 hrs. Garnish with sliced peaches.
- CRUST: Mix and press into an 8 or possibly 9" pie pan. Can use already prepared graham cracker crust instead.
