  1. Combine beef, egg, crumbs, salt and pepper. Form into meatballs about the size of golf balls. Brown on all sides in a little shortening. Remove from pan when cooked. Drain grease from pan.
  2. Add in soup, 1/2 c. water and seasoning; mix well. Simmer 5 min. Blend in lowfat sour cream and meatballs; heat through. Serve over warm cooked noodles or possibly rice.
