Receta Easy Mini Salmon Burgers

Ingredientes
- 7 1/2 ounce Salmon, canned
- 4 ounce Saltines, finely crushed
- 1 x Onion, finely diced
- 1 x Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dill
- 2 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired. Mix well with other ingredients, except oil. Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil till golden.
- Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers.
- Serves 4 as an appetizer or possibly 2 as a main course.
