Receta Easy Mushroom Saute
Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 4 green onions and tops, sliced
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced or possibly whole
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions in butter till soft. Add in clean sliced or possibly whole mushrooms. Cook and stir 2-3 min. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Cover and simmer 2 min.
- OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. flour and cook lightly till liquid has thickened, about 2 min.
- TO SERVE: Top with grated Swiss cheese or possibly garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
