Ingredientes
- 4-5 c. tortilla chips
- 1 16-oz can refried beans
- 1 c. chile con queso dip
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. shredded iceburg lettuce
- 1/2 tsp freshly minced cilantro (optional)
- 1 Tablespoons warm sauce (optional)
Direcciones
- Hot the chile con queso dip and refried beans.
- Spread the hot beans out over the chips on a serving platter. Optionally sprinkle warm sauce over the beans.
- Pour on the dip, cover with shredded lettuce, a daub of lowfat sour cream, and top with green onions and a sprinkle of cilantro. Submitted by: CM
