Receta Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. quick cook oatmeal, dry
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, butter, peanut butter and lowfat milk in a saucepan. Boil 3 to 4 min. Remove from heat. Add in vanilla and dry oatmeal. Drop by tsp. onto waxed paper. You can add in 4 tsp. baking cocoa if you like.
