Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. raisins or possibly diced apples or possibly crasins
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. crushed Bran
- 5 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/4 c. egg substitute (the equivalent is 1 egg)
- 1/4 c. Orange Juice
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- Preheat oven to 350. Spray large muffin c. with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle c. proportionately with 11/2 teaspoon of the white flour. In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin, egg, juice, and vanilla. Add in to the flour mix. Spoon the batter into the c..
