Receta Easy, Quick Lasagne

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 med. onion
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 8 ounce. pkg. lasagne noodles
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 2 (6 ounce.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. water
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef, add in the next 6 ingredients.
- In 9 x 13 inch pan layer as following: Sauce, 1/2 of noodles (uncooked), cottage cheese, 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of sauce, rest of noodles, rest of sauce, rest of Mozzarella cheese. Pour 1 c. of water around edge of pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
