Receta Easy Ramen Noodle Soup Vegie Dish
Ingredientes
- 1/2 onion or possibly 1 to 2 bunches green onions
- 1 pkg. lowfat Ramen noodle soup mix (Campbells?)
- 2 to 3 carrots
- 1/4 to 1/2 head broccoli
- 10 to 12 mushrooms
- 1/4 to 1/2 head cauliflower
- Optional: 1 to 2 tbsp. oil to saute/fry onions
- Optional: Teriyaki flavor Chicken by George breast
Direcciones
- 1. Microwave chicken as directed.
- 2. Cut all vegetables and meat into bite-size and chop green onions.
- 3. Put all veggies and meat into skillet at medium heat on stove top.
- 4. Add in 1/2 c. water or possibly sufficient to fill pan 1 inch.
- 5. Cover and simmer 10 min.
- 6. Break up Ramen noodles and add in to veggies and meat.
- 7. Add in seasoning packet and more water if dry.
- 8. Add in any other seasonings as desired.
- 9. I add in teriyaki sauce sometimes or possibly soy sauce to taste.
- 10. Simmer about 5 min more, covered.
- 11. Depending on amount of vegetables, this can serve 4 to 6 people.
