Ingredientes
- 2 fresh garden tomatoes
- 1/2 pound fresh soft Mozzarella cheese
- Sm. bunch fresh, tender basil leaves
- Thinly sliced ham, prosciutto, beef
- Rings of sweet red onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Direcciones
- Slice tomato and Mozzarella into rounds. Lay a slice of tomato on each salad plate. Overlap with a slice of meat. Add in Mozzarella on top of meat. Repeat each once more. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Place a ring of onion and sprig of basil on top.
