  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 pound cottage cheese
  • 3 c. broad noodles, uncooked
  • 2 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in butter in 12 inch skillet. Sprinkle with 1/2 the spaghetti sauce mix. Spoon cottage cheese over meat. Top with layer of uncooked noodles and sprinkle with remaining spaghetti sauce mix, basil, parsley and salt. Combine tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Pour over mix, making sure all is moistened. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 35 min or possibly till noodles are tender. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Let stand 5 min before serving.
