Receta Easy Southwestern Spicy Chicken Stew
Delicious, hearty, and spicy easy to make chicken stew.
Ingredientes
- 1 bone in chicken breast
- 4 cups water
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can of El Pato Salsa Con Fresco
- 2 cups chicken bouillon
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 3 cups corn
- diced celery
- diced Mexican green onion
- diced jalapeno from a jar
- Chili de pequin (2-3 dried crushed)
- Chili de tepin (2-3 dried crushed)
- 1 TB Mexican Oregano
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Boil chicken breast in water until falling apart.
- Remove the chicken from the bone and return to the water.
- Add all the remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for about an hour.
- Serve.
