Receta Easy Spinach Souffle

Ingredientes
- 1 (16 ounce.) container Cottage cheese (fat-free optional)
- 3 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. butter (less is optional)
- 1/4 (16 ounce.) Cheddar cheese (less is optional)
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed & liquid removed
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Put cottage cheese in large mixing bowl. Add in beaten Large eggs and mix thoroughly. Cut cheese and butter into coarse pcs and add in to Cottage cheese mix. Mix well. Add in spinach and flour mixing thoroughly. Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole (greased). Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
