  1. Puree bananas in blender. Drain pineapple, heat juice to boil. Remove from heat; add in gelatin. Chill till thickens slightly. Mix in whipped cream. Arrange 7 pineapple slices around clear glass bowl. Place mandarin orange slices in center of each pineapple for decorative look. Turn gelatin mix into pineapple lined bowl. Chill till hard. Garnish with remaining 3 pineapple slices. Serves 8.
