Receta Easy Swiss Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. tenderized steaks
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. Crisco or possibly oil
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Direcciones
- Combine flour, salt and pepper in a paper bag. Place steak (2 at a time) in paper bag and shake to coat with flour.
- Low heat - heat oil, brown meat on both sides. Saute/fry to soften onion and celery. Add in remaining ingredients to pan, then add in steak. Cover tightly. Simmer till tender about an hour. Serve with rice and 2nd vegetable.
