Receta Easy Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 5 med. potatoes
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash potatoes. Prick with fork to allow steam to escape. Bake potatoes approximately 1 hour. When potatoes are done, remove skins and place in mixing bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and beat in mixer till potatoes are smooth. Place potatoes in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake an additional 15 min or possibly till golden.
