Receta Easy Wheat Batter Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. very hot water
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. Pillsbury Farina, or possibly other wheat cereal, uncooked
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3 T veg. oil
Direcciones
- In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. (Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off). Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well. Cover; let rise in warm place till light and doubled in size, 45-60 min. Generously grease two 8 x 4 inch or possibly 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Stir down dough; divide and spoon into greased pans. Cover; let rise in warm place till light and doubled in size, 30-45 min. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 25-35 min till golden. Loosen edges and immediately remove from pans. 2 loaves.
