- 4 lrg hard-boiled Large eggs minced
- 6 ounce canned chunk light tuna in water liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
- 3 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd pepper
- 10 slc whole-wheat bread (1-oz)
- 5 lrg red leaf lettuce leaves
- 5 slc tomato (1/4-inch-thick)
- 2 3/4 c. alfalfa sprouts
Direcciones
- 1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Spread 1/2 c. egg mix over each of 5 bread slices. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice, 1/4 c. alfalfa sprouts, and 1 bread slice.
