Receta Egg Curry

- 4 Eggs,boiled
- 2 Medium sized potatoes,diced,boiled
- 1 Medium onion,chopped
- 1 Large tomato,chopped
- 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
- 3/4 to 1 Tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 Tsp coriander powder
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Small piece of cinnamon stick
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- Salt to taste

- You may shell the eggs and halve them if you want..if not keep the eggs as whole after shelling them...In a pan add the cooking oil...keep the pan on a medium heat...Add cinnamon,cloves followed by the ginger garlic paste...Fry for a few seconds...Add the onion and fry till light golden brown...Then add the turmeric,chilli,cumin and coriander powders...Continue frying till the spice paste releases its aroma...Now add the chopped tomato pieces..Cover and cook for a few minutes...Toss in the potato pieces and eggs...Add salt to taste...Pour in 1 and 1/2 cups of water and simmer for 10 to 15 min...Egg curry is ready!Remove from heat and serve...Enjoy cooking!!
