Receta Egg Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cool, cooked white rice
- 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. scrambled Large eggs
- 1/2 c. yellow frzn corn
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. cooked chicken, diced, pork diced or possibly peeled shrimp
Direcciones
- Brown rice in garlic pwdr, corn, pepper and 1/2 of the soy sauce. Stir constantly while adding egg, lettuce and remaining soy sauce and sesame seeds. For mixtures with meat, brown meat first with soy sauce then slowly add in all remaining ingredients.
