Receta Egg Nog Punch

Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon rum or possibly brandy
- 1 liter 7-Up, chilled
- 4 c. chilled evaporated lowfat milk (or possibly half and half plus 1 can evaporated lowfat milk = 4 c.), chilled
- 2 quarts. ice cream
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs, sugar and nutmeg till light and lemon color. Gradually add in evaporated lowfat milk or possibly half and half and rum or possibly brandy. Fold in 2 qts vanilla ice cream. Just before serving slowly add in 1 liter 7-Up. Best when made just prior to serving. Great for holiday.
