Receta Elegant Oatmeal Custard

Ingredientes
- 8 x Egg yolks
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 quart Lowfat milk, scalded
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 quart Oatmeal, cooked and cooled
- 2 c. Berries (for garnish)
Direcciones
- And cinnamon. Stir in lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix in oatmeal. Ladle 16oz of mix into 2 c. buttered ramekins and bake at 350-degrees, in water bath, for 55-60 min. Serve warm or possibly chilled, top with berries.
