Ingredientes
- 10 ounce (1) Pkg frzn English peas,
- 1/4 med Head lettuce,
- 3 ounce Fresh lettuce,
- 3 ounce Fresh spinach leaves,
- 1/2 c. Green onions, minced
- 2 tsp Bouillion granules, chicken-flavored
- 1/8 tsp Pepper,
- 1 1/4 c. Water,
- 1/4 c. Skim water
Direcciones
- Comine English peas, lettuce, spinach, green onions, bouillion granules, chervil and pepper in a large saucepan; stir in water. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 20 min. Process mix to saucepan, and stir in lowfat milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, till thoroughly heated. Food
