Ingredientes
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 stk butter
- 4 x Large eggs, separated
- 1 c. (heaping) nuts
- 1 c. Raisins, plumped
- 1/3 tsp Allspice
- 1/3 tsp Cloves
- 1/3 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 x Unbaked pie shells
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar together. Beat egg yolks and mix well with creamed ingredients. Add in other ingredients except the egg whites; mix well. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mix. Pour into two unbaked pie shells, Bake in a moderate oven till set.
- Serves 12.
