Receta Ensalada De Naranjas Y Cebollas (Orange And Onion Salad)

Ingredientes
- 3 lrg Navel oranges - (perfect)
- 1 med Red onion
- 2 Tbsp. Blanched sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 9 x Wine grapes
- 2 x Scallions sliced lengthwise, paper thin Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Remove peel and pith from oranges and slice into 1/8-inch slices and lay on platter. Slice red onion paper thin and lay rings over oranges. Sprinkle almonds over oranges.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar and oil to emulsify, and pour over salad. Sprinkle with wine grapes and scallions and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
