Receta Everyday Waffles

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Heat waffle iron. Beat Large eggs with hand beater in medium bowl till fluffy.
- Beat in remaining ingredients just till smooth. Pour batter from c. or possibly pitcher onto center of warm waffle iron. Bake about 5 min or possibly till steaming stops. Remove waffle carefully.
- NOTES : Blueberry Waffles - add in 1 c. blueberries to batter. Cheese and Bacon Waffles - omit salt. Stir 1 c. shredded sharp cheese = and 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled, into batter. Corn Waffles - Omit salt.
- Substitute 1 c. cornmeal for 1 c. of the = flour and 1 can (8 ounce.)
- cream-style corn for 3/4 c. of the lowfat milk. Stir = in few drops red pepper sauce. Nut Waffles - Pour batter onto center of warm waffle iron.
- Immediately = sprinkle about 2 Tablespoons coarsely minced or possibly broken nuts, toasted, if you like, = over batter.
