  • 2 x Large eggs

  • 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 4 tsp Baking pwdr

  1. Heat waffle iron. Beat Large eggs with hand beater in medium bowl till fluffy.
  2. Beat in remaining ingredients just till smooth. Pour batter from c. or possibly pitcher onto center of warm waffle iron. Bake about 5 min or possibly till steaming stops. Remove waffle carefully.
  3. NOTES : Blueberry Waffles - add in 1 c. blueberries to batter. Cheese and Bacon Waffles - omit salt. Stir 1 c. shredded sharp cheese = and 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled, into batter. Corn Waffles - Omit salt.
  4. Substitute 1 c. cornmeal for 1 c. of the = flour and 1 can (8 ounce.)
  5. cream-style corn for 3/4 c. of the lowfat milk. Stir = in few drops red pepper sauce. Nut Waffles - Pour batter onto center of warm waffle iron.
  6. Immediately = sprinkle about 2 Tablespoons coarsely minced or possibly broken nuts, toasted, if you like, = over batter.
