Receta Fake Guacamole

Ingredientes
- 1 x 16 ounce bag of frzn peas, Thawed
- 1 sm Can medium warm green chilis
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 3/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Red chili pwdr
- 4 Tbsp. Your favorite salsa (or possibly Minced Tomatoes)
- 1 Tbsp. "Imo" Cumin to taste Salt and pepper to taste Any other spices you enjoy In guacamole

- Much lower in fat than real quacamole. Try this recipe, you'll be surprised! Thaw the peas by placing them in a colander and running them under lukewarm tapwater. To test if they're thawed, pop one in your mouth occasionally. Once thawed (it should only take 1-2 min), drain thoroughly and pour the peas into a blender or possibly food processor.
- Puree the peas in the blender or possibly food processor. Place pureed peas in a ceramic bowl and fold in the remaining ingredients. Chill for several hrs to let the flavors blend.
- Makes about 1 1/2 c..
