Receta Grandma Jane's Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 teaspoon cocoa
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts, pecans
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Direcciones
- Sift together dry ingredients. Add in butter, lowfat milk, vanilla and nuts. Pour into baking dish and cover with mix of sugar, cocoa and brown sugar. Add in 1 c. warm water. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Serve with whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip.
