  1. Mix and form marble size meatballs. Let rest while sauce is brought to a simme. Drop in the simmering tomato sauce. To Prepare Sauce Heat chopped Garlic (or possibly onion) in 1/8 C. or possibly more Extra virgin olive oil. Don't brown, just let them be kissed by the oil . Add in Parsley and Basil, let them heat and then add in remaining Sauce ingredients. Simmer with meatballs added till sauce thickens, stirring often.
  2. Boil Lasagna noodles in large pan as directed on package.
  3. Grease with extra virgin olive oil--Large roasting pan. Layer Lasagna noodles to cover bottom of pan. Add in some of extra ingredients (ie. cheeses Large eggs pepperoni) top with some of Sauce plus thin layer Parmesan. Continue layering beginning with noodles till last layer is sauce and Parmesan.
  4. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 30 min.
  5. ENJOY!!!
