Receta Fannie Mae Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 3/8 c. white sugar
- 1 1/8 c. brown sugar
- 1 12 oz can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 lb large marshmallows (32 ct)
- 2 ounces baking chocolate
- 1 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 12 oz sweet lowfat milk chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp.. vanilla
- nuts if you like
Direcciones
- Put together butter, lowfat milk, and sugars in large, heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat till sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil, cover. Boil 5 min.Turn off heat; add in marshmallows, stir till dissolved. Add in 3 kinds of chocolate - ONE AT A TIME, stirring after each addition till dissolved.
- Add in vanilla and nuts; blend well. Pour into lightly greased 10X15" pan.
- Will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
