Receta Farfel Kugel

Ingredientes
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. onion finely minced
- 1 c. celery finely minced
- 3/4 c. mushrooms sliced
- 1 lb matzo farfel about 8 c.
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/3 c. fresh dill minced
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley minced
- 3 c. warm chicken broth
- 2 lrg Large eggs beaten
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 deg. and grease a 13 by 9 inch baking pan. In a large skillet heat oil over a moderately high heat till warm but not smoking and saute/fry onion, stirring till softened. Add in celery and mushrooms and saute/fry mix, stirring, 5 min. Add in matzo farfel, stirring till heated through. Remove skillet from heat and stir in paprika, dill, parsley, broth, Large eggs, and salt and pepper to taste. Transfer mix to prepared pan and bake in oven 1 hour or possibly till browned lightly.
- Serves 8 - 10.
