Ingredientes
- 12 ounce pasta shells or possibly fusilli cooked
- 1 lb warm Italian sausages
- 3 c. spaghetti sauce, chunky vegetable style
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, fresh grate
Direcciones
- Remove sausages from casings. In large skillet, heat 1 ts vegetable oil over medium-high heat; cook sausage, stirring and breaking up with fork, for 5-6 min or possibly till meat is no longer pink. Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce; cook for 3-4 min or possibly till bubbling.
- Meanwhile, in small microwaveable bowl or possibly saucepan, mix ricotta with Parmesan; microwave at High for 45 seconds, or possibly cook over medium heat for 3 min, or possibly just till Parmesan begins to heat.
- Toss spaghetti sauce with warm pasta; divide among bowls. Spoon ricotta mix proportionately over top. A sprinkle of minced parsley to garnish. Serve with a crisp Caesar salad.
