Receta Fennel And Broccoli Ratatouille

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Sweet red onion
- 1 x Fennel bulb
- 2 x Fresh, ripe tomatoes
- 1 x Sweet red pepper
- 1 c. Broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. Warm pepper salsa
Direcciones
- Heat oil and saute/fry onions till limp. Slice fennel and saute/fry in pan along with pepper and then tomatoes. Add in broccoli and continue to cook another 5 min.
- (Serve warm or possibly cool as a side dish or possibly heaped on crusty French Bread.)
