Receta Feta Garlic Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil x Salt + freshly grnd Pepper
- 2 x 3 Tablespoons vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. Grated feta
- 2 x 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 c. Lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
- 1 tsp Dry dill weed
Direcciones
- In a blender or possibly food processor, whirl all ingredients except the lowfat milk for one minute. With the blender running, slowly pour in lowfat milk. As soon as the dressing thickens, turn off the blender or possibly the dressing will separate and become runny. It should be thick and creamy. Refrigerateat least 30 min.
