Receta Feta, Watermelon, And Heirloom Tomato Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Roughly minced fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. Roughly minced Italian parsley
- 6 x Heirloom tomatoes, (various cuts)
- 1/2 med Seedless yellow watermelon, (cut into chunks)
- 1/2 med Seedless red watermelon, (cut into chunks)
- 1 c. French feta cheese, (diced) Sea salt and freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- In a small bowl combine oil, dill, and parsley. Set aside.
- Next arrange tomato pcs, watermelon chunks and diced feta on a plate.
- Season proportionately with salt and pepper.
- Finish plate by drizzling oil/herb mix proportionately over the tomato, feta, and watermelon. Serve.
